This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed on zavora.in.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
Processing delays may occur during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is processed.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship all orders through Delhivery and other leading courier partners to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote or Difficult-to-Reach Areas: 7–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking number
Courier partner details
A link to track your shipment in real-time
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly mentioned on the website.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Wrong phone number
Refusal to accept delivery
In such cases:
Courier may attempt redelivery
Additional charges may apply
Orders may be returned to us and reshipped after reconfirmation
7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zavora.in
Include photos/videos of the package and product
If your shipment is lost in transit:
We will coordinate with the courier partner
After verification, we will reship your order or issue a refund
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
8. Delivery Delays
We try our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:
Weather issues
Courier backlogs
Operational restrictions
Festival seasons
Natural calamities
Zavora is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier partner.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
10. Change or Cancellation of Orders
Once an order is placed:
It can only be modified or cancelled before it is shipped
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified
To request a change, contact us immediately.
